Having recently relocated back from the US, I was skeptical about finding a protein bar that could match the standards I was accustomed to. Kite Protein Bars are unique: What led me to try

Kite Protein Bars are unique: What led me to try this first was the macros. It is almost impossible to find low carb, keto-friendly protein bars in India that don't contain sucralose or some other bad sugar substitute. Kite would probably be the only credible one that's using allulose, which is a rare natural sugar that is actually metabolically helpful.
Now for the taste: I was initially surprised by the rustic, slightly unfinished look of the bar. But then the almost home-like, gooey goodness got me! The chocolate chunks embedded in the whey grow on you. Doesn't take too long to become a fan and an addict!

No complaints whatsover... except from the price point...why not substitute allulose with a blend of monk fruit+allulose or simply monk fruit.

Liked the rich chocolate flavor — not too sweet, which I appreciated, especially since it uses an stevia (done right, unlike most). The chewy texture felt clean and satisfying, like a treat that’s actually good for you. Definitely a go-to snack now.
